For EMDR supervisors, trainers and training cohorts

I built EMDR Timer for my own sessions, mostly to stop losing attention to set counting and the between-session handover. It turns out to matter most in the first year or two of practice, before those habits are automatic. If you supervise or train EMDR clinicians, this page is meant to be handed on: to a cohort at the end of a training weekend, or pinned to a supervision group's resources list.
The short version. It is a free, offline, one-tap timer that counts sets, keeps the negative-cognition domains visible, prompts closure before a session ends, and hands the therapist a paste-ready log afterwards. Your sessions stay on your device. It is not training and does not replace supervision.
Not training, and not a substitute for it. Not a treatment planner and not a clinical record system. It does not decide anything, score anything or evaluate a session; it holds the boring parts steady so attention can stay where it belongs. Nothing about a session is stored anywhere but the device it was typed on, encrypted and PIN protected, and there is no account to lose it to.
No sign up, no cost, works offline once loaded. Opens straight into the timer on a phone, tablet or laptop, and installs to a home screen in one or two taps on any of them.
